It is a sad state of affairs but some people just find it easier to be destructive rather than constructive,these people have no place in my world.At any meeting i want people who will look at and analyse another persons point of view before making any comment.Put simply a balanced view will lead to a balanced and fair discussion which can only be good for all concerned.
